Charlotte Reese earned her BA in piano and BM in music education from the University of Washington and MA in Jazz Performance from the Leeds College of Music (UK) while teaching at the University of York. After a year teaching junior high in Lake Washington schools, she returned to her home district and has taught choir, guitar, jazz band, elementary band and general music. She’s currently choir director at Edmonds-Woodway High School, College Place Middle School, Madrona K-8 and Edmonds Summer Music School. From 2011-2015 she served as the Jazz R&S Chair for the Washington board of the American Choral Directors Association. She enjoys accompanying and arranging and sings with jazz group Last Call and the Ensign Chorus.
